Q Do you do e-tickets?

No – we print paper tickets and vehicle pass stickers which will be posted out by both outlets at the same time in July 2026. An exact date will be shared nearer the time

Q Are there day tickets available?

There are no day tickets. If you buy a weekend ticket then you can attend for one or all of the days but the price is the same. Please be aware of gate times for entry/re-entry if you are not planning to camp on site and plan to leave and re-enter the site during the festival.

Q Does a toddler or a baby need a ticket?

Yes – all people, no matter what age, must have a valid weekend tickets. People of all ages count as part of the festival’s capacity, even little ones.

Q What is the capacity of the festival?

The festival capacity is 17,500 (same as the last few years). The numbers include children, artists and staff.

Q Do weekend tickets include camping?

Yes and you can stay with us for 4 nights – Thursday to Sunday – and leave Monday. But if you have a weekend ticket you don’t HAVE to stay on site – you can come and go. Just be aware of gate times for re-entry if you’re staying off site

VEHICLE PASS FAQS

Q There are now Blue Campervan and Yellow Small Campervan passes. What if the small van wants to be with friends who have the Blue passes?

Small campervans are welcome to buy Blue passes to be with friends. The benefit of the Yellow Small Campervan passes are that they’re cheaper, and can enter and exit through different gates to Blue.

Q Why can’t I buy a campervan pass on its own?

All campervan and caravan passes must be purchased with at least one adult weekend ticket.

Q Can I park my car next to my tent or drive to the campsite to unload?

No cars are allowed in the campsites or in the campervan fields before, during or after the festival. The Yellow Car Park is about a 10 minute walk from the festival arenas. There are two campsites as you come out of the car parks (Redwoods and Barleyfields camping) and then Arena Camping is adjacent to the Main Arena and is accessed by walking through the festival site.

Q Can I pitch a tent next to my friends campervan in the campervan field?

Tents are not allowed in the campervan field but small awnings are permitted. All pitches are 8m x 6m for Blue and Yellow campervans & caravans – with or without power hook-ups.

Q Can I bring a trailer tent/folding caravan?

Yes but you would need to buy a Caravan pass. Trailer Tents are not allowed in the campervan fields – particularly the cars. The campervan fields are for live-in vehicles only.

Q What does the caravan pass get me? Do I need a car pass as well?

The caravan pass covers a car towing a caravan which can be parked in the pitch – you do not need to buy a car pass as well. A van towing a caravan is permitted but only if the van is used for storage not sleeping in. If you also want to put people in it for sleeping you will need to buy a campervan pass as well and we will move it into the Campervan fields.

Our home is Escot Park between Exeter and Honiton, off the A30 near Fairmile. The festival and routes for entry are clearly signed. Go to the Travel page for all info about how to get to us.

Q What time do the gates open and close?

New for 2026 – entry for weekend ticket holders is the Thursday at 12noon. Gates to the car parks for CARS & CAMPERVANS from 10am. We are asking that no-one exits (unless in an emergency) before 5pm on the Thursday – we need to prioritise traffic entering site.

Gates open at 9am on Friday morning and 10am on Saturday & Sunday. The gates close strictly for entry at 9.00pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night and at 3pm on Sunday. There is no entry or re-entry allowed after those times.

Q Is there public transport?

Festival buses will run from Exeter to Escot and between Feniton and Escot on Thursday, Friday and Monday. Earlier buses are being discussed for Thursday 20 August due to earlier opening times.

There is also a FREE shuttle bus from Feniton Station to the pedestrian gate (RED GATE) running from Thursday to Monday – it runs on a loop so just wait for it at the station, it will be clearly marked for the festival.

Q Do I need a parking pass for a motorbike?

Yes, you need to buy a YELLOW PARKING PASS which is a routing sticker to help us guide you off the main road, through Yellow Gate and parked. We have hard-standing for motorbikes.

CAMPING & ACCOMMODATION FAQS

Q Is there a specific family camping field?

Redwoods Camping is designated for family camping. It is the first camping field on your right asyou come over the bridge out of the arenas.Depending on where you park, the campsites are between 5 and 15 mins walk from the car parks. Beautiful Days is a family festival so all of the camping fields have families camped in them.

Q Can we hire any accommodation on site?

You can hire a BELL TENT, TIPI or YURT – they are available to book once tickets are on sale. We team up with Brook Bell Tents (Bell Tents), Hearthworks (Yurts) and Wigwamsam (Tipis) to exclusively offer accommodation for hire in The Garden, The Orchard or The Arena. All info HERE about how to book. There are also power hook-ups available for 2026.

Q Are there showers? Or water points?

Yes, there are showers across site. They are cleaned throughout the day. We have free drinking water from taps all over site and multiple specific Drinking Water Stations. Both will be marked on the sitemap and signed.

Q Are we allowed BBQs?

We always have a great range of caterers with a wide range of choice for meat-eaters, vegetarians, vegans and gluten free – all at reasonable prices. The festival also has a range of non-food traders selling everything from hand-crafted jewellery to fairy wings. We always share a list of traders and caterers nearer the date.

Q What about medical provision at the festival?

There is a medical centre between The Big Top stage and the Children’s Area, next to Escot House open throughout the weekend, 24 hours a day. We also have a Safeguarding & Lost Kids Tent (THE SAFE SPACE) close by.

Q Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes, you can bring a reasonable amount for personal consumption. We don’t limit or stop you taking alcohol around site or in the main arena, but please – NO GLASS and NO SINGLE USE PLASTIC BOTTLES.
